FAQs

PROCESSING TIME

Since all products are handmade, processing can take up to 4–7 business days. During high order volume, processing times may vary. On a normal day, please expect 3–4 business days.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Tracking numbers are sent to the e-mail used at checkout, so please make sure your information is correct before confirming your order.

You can expect your order to arrive approximately 10–12 business days after purchase. This includes both processing and shipping time.

If any information is incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible at elitekinkscs@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once shipping labels have been created. If updates are needed, a new shipping label invoice will be sent to your e-mail.


After orders are shipped, Elite Kinks is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Weather conditions and incorrect addresses may cause delays.


 

 

TRACKING NOT UPDATING

 

Shipping confirmation e-mails are sent once your label has been created. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours after the courier receives the package.

In some cases, tracking may not update until the day of delivery. If this happens, please contact the courier directly, as the package is no longer in Elite Kinks’ possession.

We do monitor tracking to ensure all orders are delivered.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select countries.


INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE SUSPENSIONS

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to service disruptions.

Please check the USPS suspension list before placing your order to make sure your country is not affected. Failure to do so may result in not receiving your order. We do our best to keep our shipping zones updated in alignment with USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME

Using First Class Mail International, delivery typically takes 7–21 days after processing. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Packages may travel by air, ground, or both.

 

BUSINESS DAYS

Business days are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM CST. This excludes major holidays including New Year’s Day, Easter, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.


EMAIL RESPONSE TIME

Please allow 12–24 hours for a response.

All e-mails must include a subject line. If your message is regarding an order, include your order number for faster assistance.

You are welcome to reach out at any time. Responses are sent during business hours. This includes e-mails and DMs.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE HERBAL OIL?

The Herbal Oil can be used daily, morning and night, for best results. If irritation occurs, reduce use to 3 times per week or discontinue use.

MY ORDER ARRIVED MELTED

In extreme heat, the Stylin’ Creme may melt. No worries. Allow the product to sit at room temperature until it returns to its normal consistency.
