Since all products are handmade, processing can initially take up to 4-7 business days. Processing can vary during high volume of orders. However, on a normal day, please expect 3-4 business days.
SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping is usually 3-5 BUSINESS days AFTER processing time. Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail used at the time of purchase. Please be sure that your e-mail and address are correct before confirming.
You can expect your order to arrive approx. 10-12 BUSINESS days after purchase date (includes processing and shipping times).
If you should have any information incorrect, it is your duty to inform us as soon as possible at elitekinkscs@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once shipping labels have been created. An invoice for a new shipping label will be sent to your e-mail, if you should have any changes to be made.
**After orders are shipped, Elite Kinks is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.**
Weather, Pandemic and Incorrect addresses can delay this process.
I received my SHIPPING CONFRIMATION e-mail, but my tracking number has not updated! What does that mean?
Shipping confirmation e-mails are sent to the customer's e-mail when shipping labels have been created. Tracking numbers usually update 24 hours once the courier receives the shipment. Due to the COVID-19, some tracking numbers will NOT update until the day of delivery. If this occurs, please call the courier for assistance as it will be out of Elite Kinks hands at the time.

International Shipping is available to certain countries.
International Mail Service Suspensions
The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. Customers: please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed here, until further notice.
Please visit the link to be sure your country is not included on the suspension list. Failure to do so will result in not receiving your order. We have done our best to update our shipping zones to align with the USPS suspension list.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME
Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive after processing, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
What are considered business days?
Our business days are Mon-Fri 8 until 4 P.M. CST (excluding national holidays, New Years, Easter, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas) All orders placed after business days/hours will be processed the following business day.
I sent an e-mail, how long before I receive a response?
It is suggested that you allow 12-24 hours for an e-mail response.
ALL e-mails are to contain a subject line! If the e-mail is about an order, please include your order number for better assistance.

How often can I use the Herbal Oil?
The Herbal Oil can be used day and night for BEST results. If scalp begins to become irritated, reduce use to 3 days a week or discontinue use.
In extreme heat, the stylin' creme may be melted. NO WORRIES! Please allow the product to sit at room temperature until it re-solidifies.
